1. About Chhavi Creations

Chhavi Creations is a fashion brand offering thoughtfully designed Indian wear, co-ord sets, occasionwear and customized garments.

We bring together refined Indian craftsmanship, contemporary design and thoughtful fits to create pieces that are beautiful, wearable and made to be enjoyed beyond a single occasion.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that the product images, colours, descriptions, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, print, placement and finish may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings and the handcrafted nature of certain garments.

Such variations are considered part of the character of the product and will not be treated as a defect.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout, wherever applicable.
• We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments on eligible orders.
• For prepaid orders, the order is confirmed once the payment has been successfully received.
• For COD orders, the order is confirmed after the order details have been verified and accepted by Chhavi Creations.
• COD availability may be restricted based on the delivery location, order value or other factors.
• Chhavi Creations reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product information errors or other exceptional circumstances.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Order Placement & Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while placing an order, including:

• Full name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Complete shipping address
• Correct PIN code
• Correct size and measurement details, where applicable

Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address, size, customization or other order details may not be possible if the order has already entered processing or production.

Chhavi Creations will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Customized & Made-to-Measure Orders

We offer customization and made-to-measure services on selected products.

For customized, personalized and made-to-measure orders:

• The garment is created specifically according to the customer's requirements.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization details.
• Once customization or production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Customized, personalized and made-to-measure garments are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product received is defective or incorrect.
• Minor variations may occur due to the individual and handcrafted nature of the garment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Chhavi Creations offers PAN India shipping.

Estimated processing and delivery timelines are mentioned on the relevant product page and may vary depending on the product.

Our general processing timelines are:

Co-Ord Sets: 3–4 working days
Indian Wear: 18–20 working days

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delays caused by the courier service are outside Chhavi Creations' control.

Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter the production or processing stage.

Once an order has entered production or processing, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized, personalized and made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

COD orders are subject to the same cancellation policy as prepaid orders. Placing an order on COD does not mean that the order can be cancelled or refused without applicable consequences.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available only on products specifically marked as eligible, and are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Customized, personalized and selected occasion-wear styles are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible products must be returned:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached
• With the original packaging intact

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or otherwise used may not be accepted for return.

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details regarding eligible products, timelines and the return process.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We carefully check every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you must notify Chhavi Creations within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To report an issue, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs/videos showing the issue
• Photographs of the packaging, where relevant

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, Chhavi Creations will provide an appropriate resolution, where applicable.

10. Refunds & Store Credit

For eligible returns, refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Cash refunds will not be provided except where required under applicable law.

11. Product Craftsmanship & Variations

Many Chhavi Creations garments feature embroidery, handwork, prints and other detailed craftsmanship.

Due to the nature of these processes, slight differences in embroidery placement, threadwork, texture, colour, print placement or finish may occur between individual pieces.

These variations are a natural part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the quality or functionality of the garment.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Chhavi Creations website, including but not limited to:

• Brand name and logo
• Product designs
• Product photographs
• Videos
• Graphics
• Product descriptions
• Written content
• Website design

is owned by or licensed to Chhavi Creations.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission from Chhavi Creations.

13. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
• Copy or reproduce our content or designs
• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the security or functioning of the website

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or purchases made through our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
