At Chhavi Creations, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Since our pieces are thoughtfully made and carefully prepared, we follow a simple return and exchange policy.

1. Eligible Products

Returns and exchanges are available only on selected Co-Ord Sets.

The product page will clearly mention whether an item is eligible for return or exchange.

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or personalized garments
• Made-to-measure orders
• Indian Wear
• Occasion Wear
• Sarees
• Lehengas
• Products specifically marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable

2. Return & Exchange Window

For eligible products, you must raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free from stains, makeup, perfume or any other marks
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging

Products showing signs of use, alteration, washing or damage will not be eligible.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please provide your order number, reason for the request and clear photographs/videos of the product and its packaging.

Our team will review the request and confirm the next steps.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or product.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, Store Credit may be offered instead.

6. Refunds

For eligible returns, cash refunds are not provided.

The approved return amount will be issued as Store Credit, which can be used towards a future purchase from Chhavi Creations.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please share clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging along with your order number.

Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Return & Exchange Approval

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection.

Chhavi Creations reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.

9. COD Orders

The same return and exchange policy applies to both prepaid and COD orders.

Choosing COD does not change the eligibility or conditions of our return and exchange policy.
